Mantra Chanting Circle - Katie

Practice, revision and immersion session for previous guests of Release your Voice OR anyone with some experience in mantra who is keen to join us for a rejuvenating mantra meditation & energy healing circle.

Mantras we may include:

• Bija mantras - Ram / Om

• Om Mani Padme Hum

• Om Namah Shivaya

• Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha

• Om Dum Durgaye Namaha

• Om Sri Rama

Any experience of mantra, either in personal practice or group session will be helpful but is not essential.

Open to all who are curious and willing to participate.

There will be an opportunity for all guests to sit (or stand) within the circle to receive divine / collective healing.

This is a seated event. (Or standing, for those who wish to)

Chairs & cushions are provided.
